We want you to receive the right part in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused parts in original packaging. Custom-manufactured and made-to-drawing parts are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a part arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
